Let’s continue today with a new title deed ! 👇🏻
⚠️ The Nor Sor 3 is a document certifying the enjoyment of the land, which is issued and guaranteed to the owner by the District Land Office. This means that the person holding the Nor Sor 3 has the legal right to own the land in question and can use it as a legal document. The Nor Sor 3 title concerns parcels of land without precise boundaries, without relations to other parcels, but whose boundaries are fixed according to the neighboring parcels. As a result, and because of the lack of precise measurements, there may be problems in verifying boundaries. Any change in ownership must be made public 30 days before it can be registered.
The Nor Sor 3 Gor:
⚠️ The Nor Sor 3 Gor has the same legal basis as the Nor Sor 3 with the difference that in general, concerning the Nor Sor 3 Gor, the delimitation of the property surface is done by aerial survey and the parcel reproduced at a scale of 1/5000. It is a title concerning a plot of land whose surface is delimited in a more precise way because each plot of land is referenced by a more general survey and a corresponding aerial photograph. It is therefore possible to verify the limits of the property. However, the Nor Sor 3 Gor remains less precise in its delimitations than a Chanote.
